My name is Niki and I am the creator, owner, operator, and lady behind Alchemy Baking Co,

 

What started as one birthday cake turned into a love of creating beautiful confections. My "cake lady" moved away, so I needed to find a new solution. And due to my crafting ADD, I decided I was going to try and make one myself. And I was hooked!

The name Alchemy has meaning meanings for me. Alchemy is defined as the process of taking something ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary. That is what Alchemy Baking Co is all about. It is also a nod to one of my past lives as a high school Chemistry (and Biology) teacher.

 

A home based, made-to-order bakery located in North Tallahassee, We create specialty cakes, cookies, and more for your wedding and events. Alchemy Baking Co's goal is to provide you with extraordinary treats for any celebration... or even just because!
